Currently, the amount of abandoned new-born children has increased and Volgograd region is not an exception. 700 infants were abandoned to the state in 2006 only in hospitals. Medical centers are full of foundlings and throwaways more than they were after the World War II. Mothers abandon their children in maternity homes or even throw them away and exposure to cold and hunger. This is reality. Today orphanages can not house all children without parental care. Kids live in state medical institutions till they are1,5 years old. Medical staff takes care of them and becomes their so called foster parents. But still these children need a lot. These are medicine, vitamins and medical facilities, food, baby formula, disposable diapers, soakers and so on.
It is difficult to grow up and develop to one's full potential without a safe and secure family environment. Helpless orphans, through no fault of their own, are trapped by their environment of poor nutrition and illiteracy. It is essential to help children break the cycle of poverty and desperation!
We can help children reintegrate into mainstream society without further marginalization. Statistics report indicates that 50% of graduate orphans end up in crime, prison, and prostitution. Let's give them hope for a life that is free of negligence, physical and emotional pain.

To be indifferent means the same as to do harm.
There are more than 750 000 officially registered orphans in Russian Federation. Volgograd region numbers nearly 7000 orphans. Annually only in Volgograd 300 new-born children are abandoned by their parents. And every year the number increases.
Unfortunately, despite the fact that the Government took social and economic measures to prevent children's abandonment, the community is not fully aware of the problem.
We ask you to assist our charity actions and programs (so far only in Volgograd and Volgograd region), support orphans in finding housing medical care, training and spiritual guidance.
We ask you to help seriously ill people, support foundation of hospice.
We help orphanages in need, collect money, personal items and
clothing items that are in short supply, encourage the development of foster homes since any child needs family and parental care.
Send us things you don't need any more, sure they are of great help to children or just come any time to have face-to-face communication with kids.
